Okay, can we talk about my new FAVORITE workout program?! I wish I could express my love for Obe in person, but let’s just say it has completely transformed my workout routines & brought back the FUN.

I used to be a consistent gym-goer until the pandemic hit (like most of us) and when I realized I was going to have to figure out how to workout at home without being bored, I purchased the bands, weights, kettlebells, yoga balls, yoga mats… anything to make my basement feel like a “gym”. While I found some awesome programs throughout 2020, I can honestly say that nothing has compared to Obe. I was beginning to feel bored of the daily at-home workout routine, and this has allowed me to switch it up by trying new types of workouts like Sculpt, Dance HIIT, Yoga, Meditation, and Pilates.

And let’s talk about the instructors! Wow. If you love in-person workout classes because of the energy, motivation, and competitive feel, try this. They’re constantly sharing words of affirmation & encourage you to push through each workout.

I feel challenged in these workouts whether they are 10 or 28 minutes, and it has allowed me to get in my daily workout & feel very accomplished within 30-40 minutes. I like to mix and match the classes depending on what my body needs that day – they have it ALL! You can join live classes that happen all day, every day or pick one from the menu.
